One of the pins on the cable has stuck in which makes the cable usless. I have read in other posts about this issue but as yet have found no satisfactory answer to the problem. What is fitbit doing about this problem?
Best AnswerThe problem with the sunken cable pin has been around for years and is well documented. Therefore I’d surmise Fitbit isn’t doing anything other than replacing the cable under warranty. You can contact customer service to see what they’ll do for you, if not done so already.
