Apologies it is the ECG monitor that is having intermittent problems saying the reading is inconclusive. This is frustrating because it doesn’t happen every time. I just don’t trust it anymore. Does anyone hav the same problem and if so is there a solution to this?

Hi, @gainas welcome, may I draw your attention to this article What is the Fitbit ECG app?  

There are a number of notes here about the "Inconclusive" results you see.

Bear in mind that this is not a medical instrument but does provide some benefits when consulting medical professionals.

Yes happens all the time to me and really upsets me as I have SVT & although the reading says a normal heart rate tye ecg says inconclusive often.

very frustrating
