Got my Sense for Christmas, so not even six months old. I have had multiple issues, when in cycling mode it showed my heart rate was 215! When I remove it at night it continues to show a heart rate while off my wrist. Now it will not charge! I even switched the charger to a different base, it is securely in place on back of watch, but not charging. Fitbit does not honor their warranty!!

Only thing I can suggest is try a higher current charger. Fast or turbo charger as an example. Place on charger and after a few minutes whilst still connected press and hold the left button (sensor) area for 10-15secs and see it it boots up. Even though the battery should still be in fairly new condition after 6 months, it may have dropped in voltage below what a standard current charger can provide and needs a higher current to get it charging again.
Keep trying several different chargers including USB outputs on a laptop or PC - you may get lucky?
Still no luck? Contact support as it's under warranty.

Hi @Anmluvr - the 4 contact holes are renowned for collecting dirt and may have to be done for each charge to avoid slow charging and for it to charge.
Hi @pawpaw44 - the charge pins that connect to the watch can also need cleaning.
For cleaning, see How do I clean my Fitbit device?
