Fitbit do not turn on after swimming

Dear Fitbit Support Team,

I purchased my Fitbit device over two years ago and have always used it according to the manufacturer's recommendations. Two days ago, I wore it in the pool, and the battery ran out. Since then, it hasn’t been charging or turning on. I followed all the troubleshooting steps suggested by the manufacturer, but nothing has worked.

Today, I contacted your support team. After following all the suggested steps once again, the issue persists. The representative denied that this is a common problem, even though numerous users have reported the same issue with their devices. They informed me that since my warranty has expired, they would not offer a device replacement, did not provide any discount coupon, and even suggested I buy a new Fitbit, taking advantage of the Black Friday discounts.

I find this response unacceptable. Either this is misleading advertising about the water resistance of the device, or it is a defect that forces customers to repeatedly purchase new devices. The Black Friday discounts are not an attractive option, and purchasing a new device is not feasible for me at this time.

I believe the responsibility lies with the manufacturer, and the support I’ve received so far has been inadequate. I would appreciate further contact from your team with a proper resolution, ensuring that I am not left at a loss for having purchased and trusted your brand.

My device is facing the same issue 2 days earlier. It randomly started showing the Fitbit logo for a long time until the battery drained. After recharging the touch screen doesn't work while the side button works on Fitbit Sense.  The device is also not synced with my phone at all. 

I've not been able to connect to support, yet. Can you suggest me where did you find the support contact for Australia?

You should go to this site https://support.google.com/fitbit/gethelp?sjid=12095116791824986602-SA and ask for the contact. In my case, I've choose to recieve a call from the support team. Remember to loggi in in your google account. Hope you get a better answer from them!
