Hi my fitbit sense isn't syncing up properly with my phone it's one plus 7T

I think this must be a bug in the app for so many people to have this happen today. I was advised to factory restart, but I may have received these instructions with the understanding that my Fitbit is two days old, and there's nothing to resetting it.
I've seen some good advice on this forum. Good luck.

Also, take into consideration that the Fitbit App works well with any device that meets the requirements listed in this link.
