Fitbit Sense

I got my Fitbit Sense last December 2020. I have worn it faithfully and it has tracked everything perfectly. In February this year I noticed that my blood pressure has gone up from my usual measurements. I am on blood pressure meds so I check it frequently. My blood pressure went so high that I ended up in the ER. Following up with my cardiologist he increased my meds, but to no avail, my blood pressure stayed high. I had no explanation until I realized the only thing which I changed in the past month was wearing my Sense Fitbit day and night. I took it off and within one day my blood pressure went back to its old measurements. You can call me a looney but I have prove that Sense Fitbit did bad changes to my blood pressure. I noticed also a constant tingely feeling on my left fingertips, left arm where I wore my Fitbit. I feel like a normal person again and I wanted to put it out there for people who have conditions like I have. Any advise or recommendations are welcome.

Hi @1216hyper

Perhaps you are wearing it too tight? Have you tried loosening it? I believe fitbit recommend being able to put a finger between the band and your arm to determine a good tightness.

Ultimately though if you believe it's having a detrimental effect on your health I'd suggest not wearing it. You're probably best to discuss this with your Doctor.
