I got Fitbit surge, iconic and sense, all got minor issues, either cannot sync with apps or cannot access service. It were ok. But the problem is when you try to access the service centre, they were either unavailable nor being unhelpful. This is real frustrating.

@Balboaa I haven't had to try to contact customer support so I can't give my experience on how they are.
But while you're in here, what seems to be the problem and why are you trying to contact them?

@Balboaa Okay but specifically what problems are you having? And what have you tried to do to troubleshoot?
Common fixes are a simple shutdown and power on if it's a tracking issues. Deleting the device and adding it again helps with syncing/connection issues. I actually just did that because my EDA Scans weren't transferring and got them in the Fitbit app now. Battery life issues, especially for the Sense, is usually because snore and noise detection is on which kills 20% overnight in 7 hours for me. If you don't need it, turn it off, or just be prepared to charge more frequently. The advertised 6 days is an ideal and not a common average.
FYI: You heard the Ionic was recalled right?
Here's more information on that:
