Hello! Does anyone have information on how long different Fitbit models are supposed to last? My battery on my sense has started discharging really fast with no change in behavior or app usage. I’ve done the routine troubleshooting (restarts, make sure app and phone are most recent versions, make sure firmware up to date, check any hidden settings that are on) but no change.
I went from 4-5 days between charges to sometimes 2 days or sometimes 1 day. I’ve had the watch for about 18 months so I know I’m outside of warranty, but I was curious if anyone else had a similar lifespan issue for their battery. Thanks in advance!

Chech to see if your watch has a slight crack in it.. the time tends to stay on all the time and drain the battery… it’s happened to two of mine now.

Hi @zoah666 - there are quite a few possibilities before pointing the finger at the battery.
People have noticed shorter time between charges immediately after a firmware update.
It can happen if features get added or switched on in a Fitbit App update or firmware update, or re-installation of the Fitbit App to get new defaults
Have a look at Snore detection and SpO2, even AFib, see more in this link How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.
Some people claim to have had improvements from doing a factory reset, but there is always a risk when doing that, make a note of your alarms and watch settings, or chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
