This just happened today with my Fitbit Sense with the Fitbit logo stuck on the screen. Ihave tried restarting it by holding down the side button on my Fitbit Sense but nothing happened. I also tried holding down the side button on my Fitbit Sense to reset it and factory reset it but yet again still nothing. My Fitbit Sense has been charging all day but everything I've tried doesn't work. Can someone please help me fix my Fitbit Sense?

I have tried this also even though I'm not trying to set up my Fitbit Sense, Fitbit App, nor my android phone. The Fitbit logo is still on my Fitbit Sense screen. Need something else to try and fix my Fitbit Sense problem.
