I had that issue and had to get a new charger. That fixed it. Now my wife uses my charger because hers also failed.

Hi @Rowbec , @1Alfit - there are several steps necessary when it's not charging or charging properly, see them in How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen
Don't accept the hassle of a watch exchange if it is only a charge cable problem. You may also end up with a worse watch as well as being without a watch awhile and it might not solve the problem.
