Fitbit not syncing

It stops syncing every day. 

 

I fixed it and it happened next time 

Every time I fixed, I ended up loose all the sleep data. 

 

Very useless, I wasted an hour this morning. Did not work...I gave up, will request for a return

I'm on my second Sense, as the first one had numerous issues. The second one seems to work just fine except I don't get a score after performing the EDA Scan. As far as not syncing, yes, I have had that issue a few times, come to think of it. I would get some sort of message saying it can't find my Sense. Funny, because I can't find my sense either from time to time. Sorry, couldn't resist the joke. Anyway, I had to reset the watch, then log out and back in on the phone app. That seemed to cure the issue, but that issue of not syncing did return a few times after. I'm surprised we haven't had any firmware updates as of yet, because the watch is in dire need of one.

Let's try these steps. If you do not remove the tracker from your Fitbit account, your sleep will not be lost. 

If the tracker is removed, then you have dug a deeper hole to get out of.
