I purchased a Fitbit Sense while this promotion was happening at the end of March. https://www.fitbit.com/global/en-ca/products/smartwatches/sense
In spite of the clear advertisement that a 6 month Calm Premium subscription is included, I did not receive this component of my purchase. I contacted Fitbit Support, but at this point it has been made clear that they do not intend on correcting this issue. One person I chatted with regarding this issue even suggested that it was "while supplies lasted", suggesting that it was at Fitbit's discretion to provide what was supposed to be included or not.
Buyer beware.
