My fitbit phone app says it last synced with my sense on the 20th June and I have no data or metrics showing on my app.
I can't seem to get it synced even though today is the 28th June and I've pulled the too of the screen as well as clicking sync in settings.
Its getting frustrating as I'm trying to keep a log for a medical diary and that's why I spend so much money on it, but now I'm getting nothing at all!
Is this related to the recent update or is this different?
I was hoping I didn't have to unlink and relink my sense to my phone app and do all that again, thought I'd ask and see if it's common.
Many thanks!

Hi you might have to bite the bullet and unlink your sense
However try this first if I ever get syncing issues this tends to work for me
First close the fitbit app restart your phone as well as restarting your sense on your phone toggle off Bluetooth then toggle back on next go into fitbit app pull to refresh and hopefully it should sync
Hope this helps

Its fixed!
I finally had a phone update available today so I installed that. Then I restarted my phone, turned Bluetooth off and on again, restarted my fitbit, and it synced my sense.
Took quite a long time but finally have my stats! Might have been the new fitbit update not working until my phone released the new update.
Thank you for the help!
