Fitbit screen stuck with check mark after update.

I tried to update my fitbit and now my screen is stuck with a :heavy_check_mark:.  I tried to charge it and tried to reset it by holding the button on the side. Fitbit didn't respond.

Hi @Thouseton,

 

Did you try doing a factory reset or a soft reset?  A soft reset only shuts the watch down and then reboots it.  It only takes 10 seconds of holding the side sensor down to reset.

 

The Factory reset will wipe out all data and restart the watch from factory settings.  It will reset to factory settings after holding the side sensor down for about 15 seconds.
