Fading Sense

In the past 2 or 3 days, my Sense won't show the time and my data when I flick my wrist up to check it. I have to tap the screen to get the time, steps, etc. The screen data does come on, but the screen data is darker, like the light is fading. Even after charging, same problems. What's up, and how do I fix it? It's less than a year old.

I figured it out: somehow my Sense shifted into sleep mode (I didn't do that intentionally). I went into Settings and saw the problem while trying to increase brightness. Back to normal now ( I believe).

I think the screen is developing fault or perhaps its from the brightness settings.
