Fit bit will not except my pin code how do I reset it

Hi, @Gramleo welcome to the community, I'm not sure about the details of your problem, pin codes are used for pairing your device (in this case a "Sense") to the Fitbit app on your mobile phone. I will work on the basis that this is your issue, if I'm wrong I'm sure you will let me know. I'll start at the beginning. This video demonstrates the process, step by step. You do not mention the make or model of your mobile phone, Fitbit Supported Devices explains some issues, in particular, you must be using an OS newer than Android 10 or iOS 14.

If this is not your problem or you have not been able to make any progress please post here again.
