HI @ctosado - often a restart of the watch and phone will resolve the syncing problems. Worth trying first.

already tried, restart phone and clock, check for updates, check network and nothing. Both devices are 50% or more charged. Thank you

Hi, @ctosado welcome to the community, you may find these articles of interest How do Fitbit devices sync their data? You do not mention the make or model of your phone, you must be running iOS14, Android 10 or newer, Fitbit Supported Devices explains the issues. Make sure your phone's battery-saving functions are disabled for the Fitbit app as it needs to be running constantly in the background.
