Hi have had the same issue three times before and was replaced strange thing happens when its about 80-90% when doing aquaaerobics. They say it water proof but why switch off less than 1hour and it's not deep end.
Unfortunately yesterday it happened again, went off. Thought battery since it was it was 25%. Plugged to charge comes on then shows 0% then off. It's so unfortunately and be annoying going back and forth.Am in Qatar; I think there's a batch they manafuctured with issues. They should try fix it rather than keep replacing. What will happen when it's out of warranty? I was hard on the distributor where I bought asking them to press them to fix for long term solution not quick fix of replacement but happens again.
I think the battery life its not strong either cause after 2-3 months I have same issues.

I do not get my Fitbit wet. I read too many posts about watches that stop working after swimming.
Qatar is known to have sweltering heat. That is not good for the watch either. People have reported watch lcd screens coming off or separation from the base. They say it held in place with glue and the glue fails. That may be what is happening here.
You say you are concerned about a batch that is faulty. Are there any other people you know with a sense experiencing the same issue?
