Fitbit sense battery issue?

Hi

I have had my Fitbit Sense for 6-7 months and it has worked as a charm. No problem at all. But recently I noticed that my battery is draining VERY fast. It’s not possible to have the watch powered for a full day anymore?!

(I have the screen set to light up automatically, so it’s NOT lit up all the time)


Is there anyone else that have experienced the same issue?

Try to reinstall the Fitbit on the phone. I had the same battery drain 2 days ago and reinstalling the app on the phone solved the problem.

Have ditched Fitbit and prefer Garmin

This just started 2 days ago for me only have had this sense watch for 60 days

I just tried the app reinstall and cleaning the connection and charging it in a new location. Let’s see if my sense Fitbit will last longer than 5 hours on a full charge.
