Fitbit sense black screen,cannot turn on and unable to sync

My fitbit sense suddenly black screen and not able to turn on although i try the tips on the forums.Where can i get the repair at malaysia?

If you have tried charging [and syncing while charging to see if its on] - it may come on by itself.

Have a look at the suggestion posted here to check it is actually charging

Also try to use the button without using your nails when its charged.

Worn on the left arm -

rest your other thumb on the arm to the left of the watch

and forefinger on the back of the hand

and do a gentle squeeze of the watch

Fitbit watches aren't repairable - As its under warranty probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Thanks for the tips given.

Unfortunately it cannot turn on although i try all the method you mentioned.

Already contact fitbit support and they will send one replacement since it still under warranty.
