Fitbit sense charger not working

It seems that the charger for my new  Fitbit Sense is broken.

I was travelling and packed it with other things in my bag.

When I tried to charge the Sense, nothing happened.  When I touch the cord near the charger a charge blink came. I opend the charger and saw that the wires who sopose to be melded to the charger was loose 😲.

So I had to buy a new charger for my Fitbit Sense. 

PS. I wanted to send a pictures to show what happened, but it seems that it is not possible.

Hi @BE03  - thanks, you can use the landscape or camera icon to attach a photo to a post. The charge cables seem quite fragile.

You can't attach any photos because your account is too new. I believe you need at least five posts to do so.

@BlueKid425  - thanks for the photos, as your watch is under warranty Fitbit support should send you an original charge cable for free.

However dirt and debris on the contacts can be an issue,
