Fitbit sense couldnt be turned on

Hi,

i have an issue with my Fitbit Sense. I shut it down because of display issues. Now i cant turn it back on. And it doesn't seem to charge if I put it in the charger. Is there a possibility to reset the device in a different way?

You can check out the charging and watch state - Have a look at the suggestion posted here.

As regards starting there is a knack to operating the button [indent].

Worn on the left arm -

rest your other thumb on the arm to the left of the watch

and forefinger on the back of the hand

and do a gentle squeeze of the watch

Don't try using your nails.

If that fails try Fitbit Support. They may be able to help you.
