Fitbit sense dissapoints

So disappointed in the senses watch. Weekly it takes me an HR to troubleshoot problems. It's all disconnecting from Wifi daily and google assistant monthly. Need a degree to troubleshoot. The online. Help was also not working properly.

Curious about what is the "HR" it takes you to troubleshoot problems?
