My Fitbit suddenly starts vibrating like the side button is being pressed non stop, either prompting to the long press app or if I try to do anything, it just acts as if I pressed the side button and jump to home page.
Tried turning off but the issue doesn't allow me to go to the shutdown page. After the battery died it won't turn back on even if I charge it overnight ( the screen did light up for a while before dying off in total darkness again).
Any suggestions?

Same thing happened to me. After 2 hours with fitbit chat they offered to replace my device. I've had my watch for less than a month, I was not impressed with the fitbit sense and requested a refund.

Hi @Tommy_Pbw - sounds like your watch is faulty. If it's still under warranty, 1 to 2 years depending on country law, take it back to where you got it for replacement with a new one.

Update:
Fitbit manage to turn in but the side button seems to be unresponsive to everything I do. Feels like a mechanical issue now. Will try restarting and see what happens.

@Tommy_Pbw - please be aware it does not have a button, per se. The action is to squeeze the watch between first finger and thumb till the fleshy part touches it and it vibrates.
Practice turning the watch display off an on .

Hi @Guy_ , no problem. I am aware of the button/pressure sensor mechanism. Have been using Sense since the first month it was launched.
I have contacted Fitbit support and they have provided the option for a replacement unit for the Sense. Hopefully there's no further complications
