Fitbit sense, missing numerals , cannot connect. NO TRANS

What’s going on? Date only shows the second numeral, time is missing numerals 12:03 shows as 1-:-3…all selections are titled NO TRANS . No texts or emails show, yes permissions are all in place.. sliding your finger top to bottom no longer shows texts or notification’s, another forum listing identical issues as this is locked and frankly the admins do nothing to help those poor souls… anyone else going through a planned obsolescence issue like mine?

Hi @Blackjacko - believe you refer to a Sense, as opposed to a Sense 2 and moving your post to that forum.

The first to try is hold the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

If this doesn't fix it you may need to do a factory reset and probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
