My Fitbit sense stopped syncing a week ago. Restarted Fitbit, app and now tried unpairing sense. Now it will not connect to app. I get the 4 digit code but still won’t sync and aborts. How do I repair sense and get sync back?

Hi @Tcadley - try refreshing things as follows :
Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

Thanks @Tcadley - it's just possible a factory reset may resolve it but it could equally be a watch fault and can be replaced if under warranty.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support for help with a button factory reset, if the menu option is inaccessible.
