I’ve had my Fitbit for a month and while I love it when it works, I find it has too many glitches. After the first week it stopped giving me a low battery warning - now it just tells me it’s 96% charged until the moment it dies. My Fitbit hasn’t been syncing my sleep for about a week despite multiple troubleshooting attempts. This morning it’s decided it’s no longer going to sync. It’s also stopped tracking my mood.
I’m pretty sure I’m going to return the Fitbit and try an Apple Watch because this is too much of a hassle.

HI @MsKristyTee - it seems like you are having a lot of syncing problems, showing in the app 96% charged until it dies is a sign.
If you swipe the watch face right to get to Quick Settings you can see the actual charge on the watch.
To resolve syncing issues try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

Thank you. Yes, I’ve tried all these steps with no success. the first time my sleep tracking dropped, logging out of the app and rebooting the watch fixed it. But a few days later it happened again and then things just went from bad to worse.
In fact my watch is now stuck in a reboot cycle, turning off and on every 3-4 minutes. I’ve taken the watch off and put it in a drawer for now.

@MsKristyTee - see if turning off the phone's Bluetooth stops the rebooting. Before going to next step.
