Fitbit sense vibrating but not showing notifications

My fitbit sense has recently stopped showing notifications. I can swipe left and right but not up or down. 

My fitbit vibrates when I get notifications on my phone but doesn't show anything and I can't swipe down to check.

I have tried restarting the watch reconnecting it to my phone, restarting my phone and changing the watch face and still not luck.

Hi @SamHuds - unfortunately this may be symptoms of a watch fault that even a factory reset might not fix but worth a try. Your watch will need to be fully setup again.

How you setup when the screen is blank! And mine too. It keeps on vibrate.

can anyone have any ideas to get it start again! My senses only 2 years old! This is my number 5 Fitbit go wrong! I will never it again!
