Fitbit sense not syncing to Strava

Hi, I have a Fitbit Sense for a few years now and have been using it for running with Strava sync.

I got a replacement 6 months ago, and since then, the sync doesn't work anymore. 

I manage to sync accounts but the runs never upload to Strava. I tried all the steps mentioned in articles, and nothing improves. A few months ago I had been told that the solution was to manually import, but this is not a solution for me as I bought the watch for its Strava integration.

I tried to chat again yesterday and they told me they are still working on this issue, but I cannot believe it would be such a long fix for a simple integration!! The support was very unhelpful and ended the chat without giving me time to even ask more. This gets me very frustrated with Fitbit. 

Any help please??

Same problem here! From September the auto sync with strava does not work anymore!

Also same problem here!  

I got a new Charge 6 only yesterday and have set EVERYTHING up and it wont auto sync.   And i cant seem to find a way to export my activity data to strava any other way in the dahsboard?!
