Fitbit sense powered off when on charger

I plugged in my sense to charge and it powered itself off. It now will not turn back on and I have already tried all the trouble shoot advices. Is there anything else I can do? I depend on my watch as a tracker for my SVT.

Hi @Andia2011 - did it actually power off or could the battery have run down?  Either way check the cleaning and the cable which may be faulty, and change power source.

How to check charge cable - Sense/Versa 3 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

If the power source and cable are ok, try restarting by pressing the button 2 seconds, off and also on the charge cable.

Hi @Guy_ I've already tried that. It was at 40 percent when I went to charge it.

@Guy_  I can't get it to sync and it won't let me change the clock face and it won't connect or charge.

Mine has done the same thing. 42% after my walk it shut down and will not restart.

Has been on charge now for over an hour and all I get is a vibration when I push the button

@Andia2011- if the watch has a fault and shutdown or has no charge it will do nothing. Did you chat with support?

@Guy_  I'm about to hop on now and chat with support. I just wanted to make sure I did everything possible before I did that.

I contacted Help yesterday and was told the watch needed a restart after an update. Was told to hold the button down for 10 seconds. My watch had been on charge for 3 hrs. It powered on and is now working again. I also did a restart once it powered on
