I was getting in the pool yesterday afternoon have fun with my friends at a pool party and when I got out of the pool I noticed my Fitbit sense screen was wide open like how in the world did that happened!!!! Very disappointed after being a Fitbit user for years to come.😡😡 This is the only thing that I wear it because I’m deaf I can’t hear an alarm go off in the morning to go to work and I wear a hearing device to hear my surroundings but not in bed. This my third Fitbit sense that’s had a screen fall off on me. Y’all really need to do better then this and I hate to spend another $200 on another sense🤬😡🥺😭😢 it will be my fourth sense and if the screen falls off on the next one, I don’t know what else I could use to wake me up with a great vibration alarm on my wrist 🤬😓😖 in the mornings. Still very disappointed and pissed off about this happening all over again!😡😡😟😤🥺😢😭😓🤔😑

Unfortunately @GothicVamp93 this seems to be a very common issue with Fitbit's. The Ionic and Versa 1 & 2 also had this as a common complaint, you'd have thought Fitbit would have made it a priority to fix the issue but here we are!
Depending on the country you live (some countries have very strong consumer laws), you may be entitled to a full refund at this point as the product is clearly not fit for purpose.
