Can anyone help?

My Fitbit sense is less than 2 months old. The screen is cracked.

Fitbit claim that they cannot fix this and that it is not under warranty.

I cannot find on a google search anywhere to get this sorted.

Does anyone know of anywhere in the UK or alternatively where I can get a replacement screen to be put on?

Hi, @Peterbrown, welcome to the community, sadly it is reported repairs to this kind of damage are not possible. Your best way forward will be to take the matter up with your home contents insurer or possibly the seller. Good luck.
