My Fitbit Sense screens are jumping around without me touching them. It's non-stop and draining the battery. I've re-booted several times and tried factory re-set but it hasn't helped

Sad to hear that your Sense isn't working as expected. Thanks for having tried to get things fixed yourself. As this didn't seem to have any positive impact, I'd suggest to contact Fitbit support for further assistance:
