Fitbit sense, settings toggle forces reboot

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Having multiple issues, I tried factory resetting. Adding/removing devices.. rebooting, different phones, computers even a tablet all no go.

Bluetooth won't connect, when it does it's short lived and fails even when strapped around my phone by the watch band.

Going into settings and toggling anything under bluetooth even device manager crashes the watch and forces it to reboot.

I am still under warranty, and this is getting worse by the day.  It's never been wet or splashed except to wash hands.

Everything started to go bad the day it ran out of juice. Because I was at a hotel due to a house fire and didn't have my charger with me.

Awesome troubleshooting @kamaya86

Believe you've done everything possible to get your tracker back on track. Since it's under warranty, the fitbit support team can be contacted. It's up to support to decide how to help further. Feel free to mention all the things you've already tried, to speedy things up.
