New sense...Spo2 tracker worked first day and stopped working

I have my Fitbit sense about 4 days.  On the first day it tracked everything perfectly.  Since then it still works great BUT the SPO2 tracker seems to be stuck on recording and not actually posting any data.  Any suggestions?
