Is there anyway to check if the fitbit sense is accurately tracking my sleep. Before buying this fitbit, i had a versa 2. My versa 2 said I always had about 20 to 50 minutes of deep sleep, vet rarely did i get close to 50min. Nothing has changed since i started using the sense and now it's saying that I'm getting 1.5 to 2 hours of deep sleep. I also have sleep apnoea and it days my oxygen levels are very normal. And also I'm a light sleeper, I'm restless and get out of bed several times a night and it's saying that I'm not very restless. I'm very confused.

@Aggie90 Welcome to the forum! 😄 Could you please post a screenshot of sample sleep recording? This would help us figure out if it looks typical. One thing that comes to my mind is... I suddenly started getting way better sleep results approximately 10 months ago... When covid19 hit and i could sleep in as i work from home. Perhaps the environmental factors have changed between your Versa and Sense times? Another thing to check is to go to your dashboard at fitbit.com and in Settings set sleep sensitivity to Sensitive instead of Normal. I usually advise against it as quite often users get interrupted sleep recordings.

Go in for a professional sleep study.

I have had two, one just for heart, one for heart, breathing and oxygen saturation (what seemed like a billion cords attached to me) the tests indicated that I have a slight arrhythmia and moderate to high sleep apnoea. Having an op to help with it in March. But Fitbit does not seem to be on par with those findings.

Thank you, I will try your suggestion and see if it's more accurate.
I have some screen shots of a night when I recently received an 89 sleep score.... which really doesn't make sense to me when I am always so tired. But... I can't see how to n attache images to this reply, it's only allowing me to attach URL. I'll see if I can attach them to the main post.

I think that Covid-19 is a possible reason for sleep change for some, just not me. I have luckily had very little impact to my work as a) essential worker b) not many covid infections in my city.
I also had the versa through most of 2020. I only recieved the Sense in December.

@Aggie90 And do share your screenshot! 🙂 Perhaps both - from the night with normal sleep settings and the night when your settings were sensitive.
