Fitbit sense waterlock

Hi 

when I choose zwim, my Fitbit automaticly waterlocks. I’ve tried everything and I can’t do anything anymore. Even tried to charge it, the screen stays on counting in the swimming app.

Hi @Fannyloki  - you need to double press the button to end the swim lock.

To solve the issue if you can't end it with the button, as you say you have tried everything, restart it. How do I restart my Fitbit device? 

If you are not used to using the button practice to get the hang of it when it's working normally to turn the screen on and off.

Hi, @Fannyloki, As @Guy_ says double press the side button to get the finish/pause display. Do note that as your device is wet you may need to make a few attempts to get it to "finish". Once this is done you can use the touch screen in the usual way. I start my swim manually and use the touch screen to finish, if you are allowing auto-recognize to start your swim try this, you may not need to do anything to complete the process, just get out of the pool have a shower & go home by which time it will have sorted itself out. I hope this is useful.
