Fitbit Sense stuck on Logo Screen

Hello,

I have seen this problem as a common problem, and I have tried what the other threads said to do: from deleting it from my account, to trying to do a reset, etc.  Nothing is working.  I got my Fitbit Sense for Christmas, so it is barely two months old, and it will not go beyond a logo screen.  It vibrates about every ten seconds and shows the logo, and that is it.  It is fully charged, but I cannot re-pair it, I cannot reboot it, etc. It will not change the screen at all. I have tried the chat five times and I tried calling support, but I was on hold for 20 minutes.  Please help!

@Shebert2016 Welcome to the Fitbit community.

Try factory resetting with these steps:

Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.

When the Fitbit logo disappears:

  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
  • Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates you initiated the factory reset.

It might take a couple tries to get it right.

I finally got through to the support team, and we tried everything... luckily I am still under warranty.  They are sending me a new one 🙂

@Shebert2016 Glad you got through. Do you have to send the old one back? Whether or not you do, try doing the factory reset. Might as well see if that's a fix.

I'm having the same issue and really thought this might be the answer but I've tried close to 20 times now and it won't initiate the factory reset. Hoping I can claim the warranty on mine too - it was also a Christmas present so still very new!

@JuneUniverse Welcome to the Fitbit community.

Did you try the steps I replied above on factory resetting without the touch screen? It might take a few tries.
