Touchscreen not responsive

I got a Sense a few months ago and ever since then, I havent been impressed. The touch screen is barely responsive. It is hard to swipe to access apps or options. Sometimes it just doesnt work at all. I keep swiping and swiping and it either does nothing or it does other things that it shouldnt be doing, like opening other apps. I often can’t close a notification nor go back to the clock face. I give up and press the button but even that isn’t sensitive. Also, the clock face sometimes takes forever to pull up, I’m flipping my wrist over n over again. I expected better— the screen needs to be more responsive and accurately too. How can I improve this issue?? I barely use any of the apps anymore because its a struggle to use the touchscreen. Obviously if I’m not using it, its a waste of money. Can Anyone help?

Hi @Twilightfire  - presumably you have done a Shutdown from the watch Settings menu at the bottom if you can get there? Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart and charge it.

Sometimes the swipes respond best when starting from the watch edge, half way along.

Occasionally a watch face could be causing an issue so if the restart doesn't help try switching to a Fitbit clock face if you are using something else.

If this behaviour persists probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you with a deeper fix.

Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

If it is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues that may occur.
