Fitbit sense

My sense won't receive calls and notifications. Or reminders to move. Permissions all on. Don't understand what else to do

In regards to calls and notifications, are you using Android or iOS? And do you mean you can't receive all notifications or just notifications for calls?

In regards to the move reminders, it's supposed to notify 10 minutes before the hour but it seems to be hit or miss for me. I had a theory that I had to be less than 100 steps to get the notification but then I've gotten notifications with 150+ and even 200+. There are clocks with built-in move reminders, I believe one is SimpleClockPro, but I don't use it.

My Sense stopped giving me notifications. I restarted the Sense and my iPhone and it was buzzing non stop until I acknowledge the notifications and then nothing since.

I have an android. It food work initially but hasn't for a few months. So
spent this weekend trying to fix it with updating permissions but no luck
so far

I've worked it out and feel silly but had turned on so not disturb. How idiotic is that!?

@Overrun It's possible you did it with the quick setting which is a swipe to the right. The circle with the line is the symbol for do not disturb.

Yes must have done it accidentally. Didn't even know it was a feature
