My FB Sense died last night so I put it on the charger. It’s been charging all night and just flashing the logo. I’ve tried holding the button for 10 seconds or more and it won’t seem to Chitra to the clock face. What do I do?

Hi @teresanoble - It doesn't sound good and quite a few people have this flashing logo problem and may be a problem with the latest firmware, but have you tried to restart it again How do I set up my Fitbit device? and do "+ Setup a Device" in the Fitbit App again.
If that doesn't help probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you do a factory reset.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is under warranty and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues.
