When I went to charge it today, my Sense got stuck on the Fitbit logo screen. I have tried the reboot others mention (holding the button for 10 sec). The screen goes dark and the returns to the Fitbit logo screen. Any other ideas for how to fix this? Right now, my IPhone keeps ‘looking’ for it, but cannot find it.

I have the same problem after trying to update my Sense. First time I tried to apply the update via wireless and it failed so I selected to apply the update via Bluetooth which also failed after a much longer period of time. After that I haven't been able to get it past the logo screen either by doing several reboots or letting the battery die completely and recharging it.

It doesn't sound good and quite a few people have this problem and may be a problem with the latest firmware, but have you tried to do "+ Setup a Device" in the Fitbit App again.
If that doesn't help probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
Also reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.
If it is under warranty and found faulty it may be better to take it to the shop for a new replacement, rather than accepting a refurbished replacement from Fitbit and dealing with sometimes drawn out return and shipping issues.
