I have used Fitbit for 6 years. My son has my old one and it still is running well. This is my third one the sense. All was ok then it asked to update. K ow it won’t stop syncing and won’t update. The battery won’t last. I have called Fitbit and they won’t help me a month out of warranty. Anyone else have this problem. Is my 250.00 watch really useless in just 13 months.

Hi @AnneD779 - what is the current state of your watch?
Does it charge? when on the charger and you tap it does it show charge level?
Does it display something?
Does it respond to How do I set up my Fitbit device?
