I still have problem with my Sense counting too many floors daily. Does anyone know if it is a software or a hardware problem? Because if it is for example an altimeter problem, it means that all the measurement will be wrong, since for example in a run the watce will think I went up a mountain while i was on a flat road, so the fitness score etc will be wrong.

About Snore report, I had it for a few days and then suddently at one point it disappeared. Is it not supported by sense watch anymore?

After the last update i noticed the new field called Daily Readiness. Although it is there and i can select it, when I select it, it doesnt seem to do anything.

The application is installed on a Samsung S20 amd I have a premium account.

Hi @Dimdal - try restarting your watch, with Shutdown in the Settings menu and after 10 seconds place it on the charger or push the button to restart it to make sure it's working optimally.

For the Fitbit App issues, try clearing the cache and force stop the app and see if that sorts out the Snore and Daily Readiness issues.

The floor count issues started in June with a firmware update and is not a watch problem.

As apparently it's not used in calorie calculations, it's more just a figure. It may be used elsewhere. Hopefully Fitbit will be able to fix it soon.

Good day @Guy_ ,

I have the similar issues with my Sense although it stopped counting floors it did give me a readiness score up until two days ago. I have tried all the restart, re-pairing, and all my updates are in. The only thing I haven't tried is clearing the app cache in my iphone and I can't seem to find a way to do that.

Would you or anyone else know how to clear the app cache? I have an iphone 8 that's fully updated but there seems to be no place under settings, Fitbit, to clear a cache.

Thanks for any help

Hi @RobertBN - it may be necessary to uninstall the Fitbit App and reinstall it, but check your operating system before doing that in case there is no longer a Fitbit App version for your phone and then you will have no Fitbit App.

Also it's a bit tedious as you have to set up your App notifications and any special settings again.

Probably best to look for another method, such as swipe away the active task in the task switcher to kill it.

You need an iPhone specialist to reply.
