I found a lost fitbit sense at Austin Airport, if someone can start chat I can give the date and time to get it to the right person. If you find this chat please send me info with details of what and date lost and I will get watch to you. It's safe and would like to return.

@SunsetRunner in years past, Fitbit would send a shipping label for the person to send the found item to Fitbit. Not sure how it works these days, so I've asked a moderator to stop by to let us all know. I just think it's great to know there are honest people in the world.

@SunsetRunner- every device is linked to an account and is identifiable by support.
It is a good question if they can reverse the process with a watch identity, find whose account it is linked to. Once they know the account they have the email address to contact them.
Lets hope it works out and the owner gets his watch back.
