I ordered a Fitbit sense as part of the Ionic recall process, I received the Sense last month, I have also received my refund for the faulty Ionic, however I never received the replacement strap I ordered at the same time. Has anybody else not received their replacement band? I live in UK

Hi @Michael73 - I can’t answer for anyone else, but I would strongly suggest you contact Fitbit Support. They should be able to sort it out for you.

I have the same issue. Ordered a replacement watch due to Ionic recall. As part of the deal you can order a strap (£29.99) for free. My new watch arrived, but the strap was on back order. For some reason Fitbit charge you for the free strap and refund you when it is delivered (how is that free!). Three months after receiving the watch I received the strap. Another six weeks on and I have still not had a refund. The last of many calls and I was told the refund is pending. When I asked how long this would take, I was told a week. When I said it was already been six weeks, I go no answer other than it’s pending. Great customer service!
