Frustrated with Unwanted Notifications

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I've had my sense for a several years now and had it set up just right.  After a firmware update, I started getting phone and text vibrations on my fitbit. I don't want to be notified on my wrist when I get a text or call.  I have looked high and low to try to turn this off.  Followed online tutorials and nothing seems to be accurate or work.
Am I still able to turn this off?  If so, where?

Then hit your watch device. (Picture 2)

Scroll to the notifications section and click. (Picture 3)

Flip over the calls button so it is no longer colored and then tap on texts. (Picture 4)

Where it says on make sure that is not a lit up bubble and that will tell you it is then off. (Picture 5)

Feel free to message me with any other question or for a quicker response you can also message me on my Instagram @nickolson_sammy. Hope this helps you ♡♡♡

OMG. THANK YOU!  I searched high and low and could not find a tutorial for it!  Yesterday's robocalls were especially bad and it interrupts my work day too much.  I'm pretty sure that resolved it for me but I have yet to receive a call today.

I spoke too soon.  I am still getting the phone and email notifications on my phone.  I took some screenshots just to understand what I am missing.

1)Below is the Notifications screenshot after I made the changes that @nickolson_sammy kindly recommended.
2) beside that is a permissions tab that I cannot turn off.  It's found via the "on-wrist calls" then clicking the "permissions" there.  It clearly shows I I am still getting them.  And says "required"  I don't understand why it's required.

I am wondering if my only option is to unpair it from bluetooth.

It wouldn't let me upload the image with the date as the filename - weird.  Uploaded below.
