I bought a Sense with the understanding that I could export the data for the various metrics it captures. However, I find that I actually can't export complete heart rate data. Please add this functionallity as soon as practicable. While exporting excercise data may be interesting, health data is important.

@SoniaTremblay The “full” data Fitbit sends does not include heart rate - not even average daily heart rates, much less the granular data that would actually be informative. That’s my point. I was able to download HR data every 15 seconds or so with the third party app linked above, and can see my heart incident in the data, which I will show my doctor. I am still frustrated, because I know that Fitbit has the beat-by-beat data. They have our data, but won’t share it.

After you have done an ECG, go to the Discover tab > Assessments & Reports > 'See All' > Heart Rhythm Assessment > View Results. It will list all your ecg's. Choose the one you want; scroll down to "Export a PDF for your doctor" and tap that. You will get a message it is creating report, and then almost immediately (at least for me) notification that it is ready. Select "View", then "Download" or "Share". Download puts in in a folder on phone, Share, which I prefer, gives you option of what to do with it. I select "email" and send it to myself to open on PC where I can look at it, save it, email to doc, or whatever.
Another way to get there from the "Today" page, tap Profile Pic, then on 'Account' page tap yourself at the top; then scroll down to 'Health Assessments" > "Heart Rhythm" and be patient - it takes several seconds or more.

Export of heart data is unfortunately not possible. You can only have a view on your heart data per day in the web-browsers dashboard or in the fitbit mobile app.

There is a thirdparty tool, PulseWatch:
https://iccir919.github.io/pulseWatch/public/intraday.html
If you are not afraid of linking it with your account then you can export HR data for specified period of time into the CSV file.

@ebreun I just realized you were talking about heart rate. I was thinking of ECG exporting. Sorry about that.

It is unacceptable that we cannot print the heart rate information. We buy your products to have access to all of our personal data but you limit what we can do with it!! I regret buying a Fitbit!!

On my fitbit sense 2 there is no assessments & reports to click on see all on :'(
I need this for my doctor, this is the whole reason I got a fitbit. I also can't find any of the daily heartrate ECGs on the website, only the ones I logged as doing sports with.
You can look at the source code and it looks to me like it's not saving anything where it shouldn't (everything is stored in the session) https://github.com/iccir919/pulseWatch/tree/master/public
Also, you can vote for this feature here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Product-Feedback/Export-Heart-Rate-Variability-HRV-Data/idi-p/458722...

I received the versa 4 Fitbit as part of a study. I need the detail heart rate data. Fitbit won't allow the download of the details.
My wife has a Galaxy 5 watch. They allow downloads of ALL captured data. The data is available in minute/minute duration. For her data I use MS Access and SQL (plus a little custom code to handle JSON files). I summarize and analyze the data the way her doctor likes to see it.
Since the Fitbit watch is part of a study I guess I will continue to use it until I need to get serious about my own data. Then I will return it to the study admins and get my own Galaxy 5.

I have worn my Inspire2 for about a year. Today I experienced an episode of uncomfortable/scary palpitations. I glanced at my Fitbit as it happened, and all I could see is my HR was lower than usual. I did not get any a-fib notification. I want the full, detailed data to see if anything can be gleaned about what was happening during this episode. I have never needed this data until now, but now I want it, and I’m annoyed to find it isn’t straightforward at all. I think it’s rather unfair that Fitbit collects and uses our data without making it readily accessible to us -- or even depriving us of it. This is MY heart; please give me MY data. I’ll add it was extra annoying to seek and go through steps to export “all” my data, to find not even average daily HR is among the data provided. I didn’t get a Fitbit to track my freaking weight or food intake.
