I put my sense on the charger because it said it was low. This morning it only has the logo on the watch and won't turn on. Did it not charge? Did it restart?

Hi @pink_ninja - this may indicate a permanent watch fault but try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start possibly.
If it is still syncing with the Fitbit app change the clock face and do another restart.
In the Fitbit App click profile photo and "+ set up a Device" and replace is worth trying.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support and get them to take you through s factory reset, though if the fault is serious may not help.

Same issue, same device. I have gone through four chargers, none ever really connected first try. I have been struggling to charge it every time. Two days ago it completely died and have been trying since to get it to charge. Used to be when it vibrated I could assume I had a good connection but since I am now at 0% I get nothing. Before this i had an Ionic that would not update. Also had others that required a factory rest continually. Also, upgraded the one that "got too hot". Sorry no answers, just feel your pain. Been loyal to Fitbit for 10+ years but thinking it is time for a change.
