Functions don't work

My Fitbit sense has never performed most of the functions that it claims to perform. I never get a readiness score. It does not track my breathing rate. It does not check my heart rate variability. I have tried resetting and all of the suggestions made by the so-called support line but none of them have worked. I have done hard resets, updated my premium membership and everything else imaginable but it's simply will not record some of the more important statistics that I just meant to record. I have no idea why and customer service is completely worthless in this regard.

Hi @HMS1 - it may be a faulty watch but tattoos have been known to cause problems with heart rate measurements and things that depend on it.

Try wearing on the other arm to see if it makes a difference.

Thanks for your reply. I have no tattoos nor other wrist obstructions. Both wrists are the same. The big problem is the complete worthlessness of customer service. They do not monitor this site and the most that their "tech" people can suggest is a hard reset, which anyone can do. Returning the watch without discussing it with customer service seems like an issue waiting to happen. I will likely never see it again, but it is of such limited value without the main functions that it might not make a difference. thanks anyway.
